Ing. Alois Gruber gegr\u00fcndet. Dem Schwerpunkt galt in den Anf\u00e4ngen die Entwicklung von Qualit\u00e4tssicherungssystemen mit Hilfe von Elektronik und EDV. Schnell etablierte sich das zweite Standbein, die Informationstechnik, welche im Anschluss die Firma wesentlich pr\u00e4gte. Mit viel Leidenschaft zur Technik wurden fortan zwei Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche betrieben und stets weiterentwickelt.
